It can expand the number of account codes above what is available in the mail machine for reporting and even allow for the validation of each code prior to processing the mail. Neopost MailManager II directly collects postage accounting data instantaneously from up to 16 Neopost Digital IJ mailing machines at the same time. Postage transaction records are automatically uploaded into an archived query database and made available to view by the supervisor 24/7.
