How about .01" in the 26" cutting length Now that's accuracy. Keyed access, dual push-button controls, and front and rear guards maximize safety. The programming option assists the operator through the entire programming function with user friendly messages and prompts. The microprocessor control even features a diagnostics program. PowerLines are designed and built for years of continuous, heavy-duty use. The fully automatic, programmable back gauge is available on both 21" and 26" models. Up to five programs, with five settings each can be stored into memory. Have a unique or short run to process? Don't bother to change the existing program. Just enter cutting parameters in manual mode (with up to five settings) and cut! There is no need to store in memory. Programmed and manual settings are quick and easy thanks to a unique, two-speed back gauge. The primary, rapid-traverse motor moves the gauge quickly over longer distances. Then the precision stepper motor is employed to position the unit in .01" increments. A powerful cutting motor and massive gearbox combination is standard on all five models and a one-horsepower motor provides clamping for four models. (The PL2100 21" PowerLine provides the economy of a manual clamp.) Years of continuous, heavy service are assured by massive, steel towers that support both the clamp and blade mechanisms.
